you can use 'ss' command to display all listening TCP socket on the local system. ss(socket statistics) is used to dump socket statistics. As shown, below:

# ss -lt

You can also use 'netstat' command to list all TCP sockets. 'netstat' display network connections and information bout the linux networking subsystems.

# netstat -l
